ULTIMUNE Power Infusing Concentrate

Looking for a different serum.

The serum is good, but both of my bottles have a short straw that doesn't allow me to get all of the product out. It's very disappointing for such a high end and pricey product. I have not been able to resolve this with customer service. I couldn't get the last 1/3 out without having to open the bottle each time. Cumbersome, inconvenient and frustrating.

Last time shopping Shiseido

Definitely the worst experience. There has been a long delay in the shipping, and then the order was changed without customer acknowledgement. What's more? Three out of six items were simply cancelled without notice, and in the new order, the charged prices for three items were increased significantly without customer acknowledgement either! This is totally nonsense!! I reached the Shiseido online customer service, but did not get any resolution to this issue other than a brief apology and impatience. So overall, the customer service experience was also disappointing. I asked about the possibility of filing a customer complaint, and it was surprising to see Shiseido is not even able to create a customer complaint ticket/claim number. Thus, it's not expedient for customers to track down their complaints/appeals, neither would it let Shiseido itself manage customer complaints or maintain a good customer relationship. Give a five star for helping me keep away from the brand

This is one of the best serums!

This is one of the first Shiseido products I tried and it totally transformed the texture of my skin. I even referred it to my friend and she felt the change in her skin too and now she will only use Shiseido. Only Shiseido products leave my skin feeling this soft and supple. This was hydrating and makes my skin look young and energized. I use less of this now as I love the other more expensive Shiseido serums.

Loving it

I've been trying this Ultimune Power Infusing Serum from @shiseido for a while. I love how it leaves my skin hydrated, radiant, and reduces my wrinkles and sun spots. I am currently fighting a scar from a scrape from my recent accident that left my left cheekbone darker. I have noticed the difference these days and my scar is disappearing little by little. Worth the price!

Gifted by Shiseido I was given the Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Serum in exchange for my honest review. After using this product for just 3 days, I am happy to report that my skin is visibly more hydrated and radiant. This serum also helps tremendously with the appearance of fine lines and dark spots. I have also noticed that it plays nicely with my other skincare products. I know this one is pricey but good skincare is worth the splurge!

I would not live without ultimune!

Ultimune is a holy grail in my skin care routine. I've used if for about three years. The results are amazing. If for some reason I miss an application of it I can tell the next morning. Menopause has been difficult but ultimune has helped so much.

Loved this product! It's very lightweight and easy to apply. The bottle is very nice and luxurious as well. My skin drank this up !!!! My makeup applied very smooth and glowy after this serum. Go get it!! This was gifted by Shiseido.
