One of my HG Elemis products!

I splurged and treated myself to this range, and although the serum, nights and day creams are lovely, THIS is the absolute star of the show. Masks were never my thing before but this has been a game-changer… I’ve never tried anything quite like it! it has a lovely cooling gel texture, and is really refreshing on. The scent is gorgeous and calming, and afterwards my skin is SO plump and smooth, even 24 hours after! It really is a pleasure to use, especially combined with a lovely warm bath. My colleagues and even my husband noticed the glow (and he is oblivious to most things!!). Yes, it’s expensive and makes my bank balance cry, but I love it, so would definitely starve my piggy bank and buy it again.

Lost me for good

I bought this a month and 1 week ago and didn't start using it until later due to the holidays It has broken me out with white heads all over my face I contacted customer support for an exchange or refund and they said because i am a week past their 30 days they can't help me. I have been buying elemis for over 15 years and never once asked for an exchange. You have lost me for good I will never buy again.

Very Effective!

I love using this mask. A little bit goes a long ways. I usually put this on in the evening after cleansing my face and before taking a long bath. Seems as if the warm, moist air from the bath helps with the absorption of this delightful mask. I started this a little over 2 months ago and already see wonderful changes in my skin. I use this about 3 times per week. This is one of my favorite Elemis products.

A delightful experience

Despite the debate, and despite dissatisfaction with ELEMIS customer service, I must admit that I had a really pleasant experience with the Infusion Mask, it's a skin care product that is all a pleasure, the fresh and refreshing scent of the mask, the light blue gel texture, just a pleasure, so True, it is a relatively expensive product, but I found that it is worth the price, although I recommend checking if there is a discount from time to time
