A winter dry skin lifesaver!

This shea butter body cream is exactly what my skin needs this winter! I’ve been dealing with really dry skin and cracks on my hands especially and this was a total lifesaver. I absolutely love the texture and consistency of this formula. It’s 25% shea butter and you can definitely tell. It’s thick, creamy, and rich and just melts into your skin. I found it absorbed quickly and didn’t leave any reside. I love using it as part of my pampering routine because it just feels so luxurious—from the tin to the texture of the body cream! One thing I will mention is that I do wish this scent was more subtle or more like L’Occitane’s almond-based products. This cream has ylang ylang notes which don’t suit me. The Shea Butter Ultra Rich Body Cream from L’Occitane Is a winter must have! This cream offered relief to dry skin due to harsh Canadian winter. Goes on smoothly and offers a nice light scent.

First impressions are important and I liked this cream from the get-go due to its light flowery scent. It's not an overpowering scent but is quite classy and memorable. The cream goes on slightly oily but is quickly absorbed into the skin. It gave my skin a light shine, which I liked. It added a lot of hydration to my skin and made it feel instantly soft. I have very dry and sensitive skin and this cream made my skin feel great! It's made with 25% shea butter which is great for hydration and also keeps moisture in your skin. L'Occitane never fails me!

This body cream is one of the best I have tried. I expected nothing less as I love Loccitane's hand cream but this one really blew me away. The way the thick texture melts in the warmth of your hand really makes me feel like my body is absorbing the moisture. As a Canadian in the winter my body gets really dry and I find using this right after a hot shower is best. It keeps my body feeling hydrated and I don't feel the need to reapply.
