Depending on your skin tone, the lighter shades work well as an allover base, highlighter on the brow bone, or in the inner corners of the eye. Contour and define the crease with the medium and deeper shades. Fill in brows with the shade that is closest to your hair color. Mario’s favorite brushes to use with this palette are EF 2, E 3, and E 5. Use Matte 12 to create a dramatic, blacker-than-black liner effect.

Disappointing

I really wanted to love this palette and was excited to have it in my collection. It's compact and convenient for traveling. Plus, having cooler and warmer tone palettes is a great idea. Unfortunately, the shades turned out to be patchy, hard to blend, and have little pigmentation. They also kick up a lot of powder. I tried different brushes and eyeshadow primers, but the palette still performs badly. I have eyeshadow palettes from the drug store that are much better quality.

This is a staple I feel like everyone should have regardless of your skin tone or makeup expertise!! It’s so so so good and works for practically every eye look- and has every basic colour and tone almost everyone needs. Blends like a dream. Buy it.
