Makes dry lips worse

Had this for Christmas and can’t believe how sore it leaves my lips. The old formula was brilliant, I’ve used it for years, I always carried one. I won’t buy or ask for this again.

Why change the formula of the best lip balm in the world???!!!!! Plz bring back the old one! With lotus in it. It was a life saver!! Why would Clarins do this?? Beyond me really. You evolve to improve, not destroy. So so disappointed and shocked actually

Chapped lips

Unfortunately, I now have chapped lips after every application. The new formulation does not work for me. I still have an old Clarins lip balm and every time I use it, it soothes my lips and helps with the chapped lips. Bring back the old formuation

Has Changed For The Worse

I have used this for years but Clarins have changed the ingredients and it now makes my lips dry and sore. The previous lip balm was brilliant such a shame it's been changed.
