Great product with an online information issue

Another review mentioned an applicator wand - that person did not uncap the pump. To be fair to that reviewer, Clarins should have provided a photo or mentioned the pump in the product description (or responded to that comment). This is a quickly absorbed lotion (not a cream) and I prefer it for my morning moisturizer post-shower routine. Light yet immediately effective. Great product for men; great for anyone in a rush.

Plastic wand is useless

A lovely glass bottle, that's the best bit. A plastic wand/applicator is attached to the lid. I removed the wand from the bottle and it dripped. Not a useful addition, impossible to use as an applicator, messy.

EXTREME SKIN IRRITANT

This product irritated my skin more than any other product I have ever used. I gave it a solid try and used it near-daily for 2 weeks to see if my skin would adjust to it after some time, but nope. It continued to cause a burning sensation and extreme redness each time I used it. It did hydrate my skin in the sense that my skin felt soft to the touch, but holy moly I have never experienced such irritation before. Turns out, the 5th ingredient Betaine is a well-known skin irritant. Would love to see this reformulated without Betaine. I will be returning this product this afternoon

Rubbish Product

I have used this product for years. You have clearly now changed the formula. It is now little better than water and is drying to the skin. I am returning it and won't be using Clarins again.
