Five Stars Retinoid & Niacinamide Eye Serum

Absolutely love this product

Before I explain why I love this product, I want to address some of the other reviews I read. I think people should use common sense and understand that this is a strong retinoid product for eyes. If you aren’t used to retinoids, especially one this strong you should start slow and low. This product (like all of their others) are my absolute favs. I use their whole entire line and my skin texture, fine lines, wrinkles and acne has improved tremendously. I have never had better skin. I use all of their retinoid products at night like they advise, and their vitamin c products in the morning. They’re just absolutely amazing.

bad reaction it this

I was excited to use this based on the reviews but it doesn't work for me. After a few days, it caused irritated skin around my eyes and itchy skin. This hasn't happened with anything I have tried before but I know every product doesn't work for everyone.

Not for sensitive skin

Should’ve read the reviews before I bought. Used it for two days and the skin is peeling/burns.

Lasts a long time!

I have sensitive skin and this has never bothered me. Love how cool it feels and it has helped with my discoloration. Very refreshing. Use it daily and it lasts me 9 months! Definitely get your moneys worth.

I was definitely skeptical after many failed eye creams but this was a definite win. I am able to see some tightening and lessening of puffiness after a few weeks of consistent use.

Made my eyes swell

I never write reviews, but Jfc this wrecked my under eyes. I used it maybe twice and my eyes were swollen and sensitive for days.

Painful chemical burn

Im an esthetician and I really love Sunday Riley. But this eye cream is a no for me. I’ve been wanting to incorporate it for a while but the past 2 times I’ve tried to use it, I get a reaction that burns so badly- I can’t even put moisturizer on top without crying. It normally takes about a week for the reaction to fully go away :(

Horrible swelling and rash around eyes!

I received this as a sample from another order and have never had any skin reactions before this. I followed the directions and hardly used a pea size for each under eye. I woke up with two horrible swollen and painful eyes. I am going on day 2 and am still swollen under my left eye. Would not recommend.

A HUGE no and should not be on the market!

Do not buy this! The fact that this is still being sold is WILD! Read through the reviews, and there are many, with the very same skin reaction. I am not new to retinol. Don’t put this under your eyes unless you want burning, peeling and painful skin.

I have used this for 3 years now. It’s definitely NOT a starter eye cream, since there is retinol in it. But I use it AM/PM 7x a week without issue now. Again, not a starter retinol.

I shared this product with my husband, and we both got terrible chemical burns on our eyelids.

I'm in your older women category and absolutely love this eye treatment. I'm having issues with bags and dark circles that drive me bonkers. Started using this eye serum and can tell you it absolutely changes the game.
