Gave me a rash!

they changed the formula of this spray! I've used it for years with no issues. Got a new bottle in March and started getting a rash around my eyes. Took me months and slowly eliminating almost every other part of my skin care and makeup routine to figure out it was this (I figured it couldn't be since I'd used it for years).
