Huge Difference! Helps Dry Scalp.

Really has helped my scalp so much. I was scratching like crazy, and had little flakes coming off my dry scalp. I also have dry hair. This product has helped immensely. I am using it 1x/week, and it's making a huge difference.

Little beads don’t rinse out of thick hair

My hair felt fantastic. But I spent my time clawing at my scalp because I could get those little beads to rinse out or dissolve & ended up washing my hair early to get them out. First scalp scrub I’ve ever had this problem.

This is a fantastic scrub to help with dry scalp. I only wash my (extremely thick - but not coarse - long, wavy, color-treated) hair 2-3 times a week, which has helped with texture but caused flaking problems. Using this scrub has gotten rid of about 90% of the flakes (better than the Briogeo scrub, which I've also tried). I took a star off because it does leave your hair somewhat dry/straw like. I've solved that by doing a second shampoo with a hydrating product after the scrub and before conditioner. Definitely worth it!

Just a harsh shampoo. Scrub + Detergent left my scalp feeling more irritated and more dry. Viscosity is a little too runny for a jar - trying to scoop out with fingers is annoying. Way overpriced.

So far, I've used this scrub once weekly for two weeks, and it seems to be helping with itching and dryness. It also feels great on the scalp and has a pleasant, light scent. I didn't find the instructions that came with the product clear -- I wasn't sure if you're supposed to wash your hair before using. I went to the Kerastase website and learned that you don't wash your hair first: you just apply to wet hair. As you massage the product in, it generates a lather.

This is soo good

I've tried several scalp scrub before I got this during the sale and I hated them all except for this. I feel like it really cleaned my scalp but didn't make it dry and got rid of flakes which I've been having problem with. I really just use this for the scalp and use another shampoo for the middle to the ends of my hair. The scent is not overpowering which I really appreciate.

Way Better than Briogeo for my Scalp

I don't mean to hate on Briogeo since I think they have some great products, but their scalp scrub was a bad product for me since it was so hard for me to get al of the product out of my hair and it didn't seem to work. I was confused by the miracle status of scalp scrubs until I got this product. The smell and feel of the product is great and it is very easy to work through the hair and get it to lather. It is also very easy to rinse out of my hair. I have used this product 4 times now (usually just once a week for a deep clean) and my scalp has always felt great and is flake free. I will definitely be purchasing this product again when my jar runs out. If you're like me and think that you can really benefit from a scalp scrub but the Briogeo one didn't work out, I would highly recommend this one!

Smells great, refreshing

I enjoyed the scalp scrub. It smells great and feels invigorating and refreshing. I have super thick hair and it was somewhat of a challenge to really get it in there on my scalp. I felt like it was kind of just going all over the place and getting my hair tangled. My hair did feel really clean and great after!

Made my hair squeaky clean as well as messy

I was really excited to try this product because I love any sort of body scrubs. After using it a couple of times, however, I decided it wasn't something that worked very well for me. I liked the scent of the product but felt that the little scrubbers were too rough and difficult to use in long hair. I felt like it was just getting tangled up instead of scrubbing my scalp. I was also never sure if it was all getting rinsed out. For me, regular shampooing makes me feel just as clean as scrubbing. I recommend to people with shorter hair.

Not a great scrub

This scalp scrub is fine a cleaning my hair but the granules aren’t big enough to really scrub my scalp, let alone soothe it. It doesn’t lather, so it’s hard to really spread it around, and I felt like I still needed to use shampoo afterward. I also feel like the giant pot that it comes in is very cumbersome to use in the shower... you have to completely screw off the lid, then scoop out a handful of scrub, then somehow screw the lid back on without dropping anything. This would be way easier in a squeeze bottle!

I suffer from a dry flaky scalp so i was excited when i received this for free to test out(all opinions are my own). Upon applying to my scalp i immediately felt a cooling and soothing sensation and i could tell that it was working. It dissolved easily and cleaning up the build up on my scalp from having braids in my hair. I’m going to continue to use to see how it helps the overall health of my scalp. I’m hoping that with consistent exfoliation of my scalp that it’ll clear clogged follicles and regenerate dormant follicles for Improved growth.

I hadn't tried a scalp scrub before trying this. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. It felt like a scalp massage while removing buildup. I was very happy to see volume return to my root area after using this.
