Not Dual Voltage
Not dual voltage and power pack is heavy, great to have all of the attachments but not travel ready. Looked online and I'd have to buy a new unit for EU use. Upset that the device cost so much and it's not travel ready..

Got rid of my dryer and flat iron for this!
I have been using almost daily since I received as a gift 2 weeks ago. It’s so cool! I love all the different attachments. I will say it took me several tries to get the hang of it, so don’t get discouraged if it takes a bit
