Dried out the area around my eyes

This was a spontaneous buy for me. I have been using it pretty consistently for about 2 months or so. Within the last few weeks the area around my eyes have gotten so dry that it’s caused raw red spots at the end of my eyes. To be clear I don’t have dry skin or sensitivity to most products. I am convinced this is a reaction to this specifically. I am stopping immediately. Also to confirm what everyone is saying it is watery.

Separated product

I got the mini via points and received a separated watery product that spilled all over my clothes. I tested it and it did not feel like the formula I’ve tried before, and I’m concerned now that I will have a reaction . expired

Product was bad.

I opened it and it leaked all over as it was separated. It looked like it maybe went bad. Good thing I only lost 100 point on it. I won’t be buying it as it doesn’t seem like it has a stable shelf life.

Caused Irritation

This is a heavy eye cream and you can thin it out which helps with texture, but I found that after using, the area above my eyes became drier/sensitive and I ended up with a stye. I had no other routine changes other than using this for 2 days.

Completely separated in the jar, watery mess

Spent my beauty insider points on a sample of this and upon opening, got absolutely everywhere because it had separated into a watery mess. Thin milky looking liquid with thicker congealed sections - like curdled milk. I’m not even willing to use it because it looks disgusting.

Not good.

I got this product and it looks like its expired or something. The product is very watery and separating. Will not use this product.

There are better products out there

I redeemed a 100 point reward for a sample of this as it has been on my to try product list. The product seems to be highly unstable and I wasn't aware of this. I guess I shouldn't be holding the bottle on an angle when I opened it as most of the liquid went into the sink and onto the countertop. My experience with most eye creams is that they are quite thick and rich and should remain in the jar even if held at an angle. What was left in the jar was quite moisturizing. I would not definitely not purchase this product at retail ever - at least it was only a waste of 100 points.

Don’t think eye cream should be like water

Ah, this has never happened before. I’m not sure what happened but I just received my package that I just ordered days ago so it wasn’t laying around a warehouse for a month. I used 100 points for it and is watery and looks like green pond water. It’s disgusting as it looks like it would eat my eyes out. water. water. used 100

Formula came watery

Product is watery and I feel uncomfortable using a product that seems expired or ruined … not sure why it came like this

Love this eye cream- def purchase

I’ve tried a lot of products and I was having a sort of a sun dark circle look so I tried this and I love it. It actually brightens the eye immediately when you put it on because if it’s yellow cast, it’s thick and creamy and a little bit goes a long way
