Stronger and silkier
Since going blonder this has been a staple in my hair care routine. The thickness of this conditioner is really the win for me, coating my hair thoroughly for a complete repair. I won’t go without this now.

Smell good, work hard
he Olaplex No. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner is fantastic! It leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft, smooth, and deeply hydrated without weighing it down. This conditioner works wonders for repairing damaged hair and maintaining its strength over time.

A little lasts a long time. Love this!
A small amount of Olapex No 5 Bond conditioner leaves my hair smelling fresh and smooth. It doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy like other conditioners and tames my dry ends.

LOVE!
I love everything about this conditioner. The scent, the texture of my hair, and everything in between. Small amount goes a long way. It keeps my hair soft and shiny.

Smells AWFUL and causes acne
Smells like a stinky sweaty armpit so I had to add a perfume oil to it, and even a lot of that just gets overwhelmed by the gross smell. I haven't had any issues with hair loss and only use from my meds to ends as I use a scalp mask for oil and dandruff on my roots simultaneously. However I am breaking out terribly where my hair touches my face and neck. On top of this I haven't noticed any benefits to using this conditioner compared to even a cheap bottle of generic white conditioner which I use to touch up my fantasy hair colors. I have super strong low porosity hair that tends to resist even the strongest chemical treatments but decided to try this in hopes it would help bring my curls back after a med change but my hair now just looks straight and frizzy and poofy. Good for me but maybe bad for others, is it seemed to slow down my hair growth a bit so I can go longer between shaving my undercut (but I have to be careful and keep my hair off my neck to avoid breaking out now).

I just started using this conditioner since my hair has being very frizzy, dull and brittle! And from the first use i could already see a difference. Ive been spending lots of money on hair products and it seems this is the only brand that will suffice for me. Iam also pursuing to buy the no5 leave in treatment.

Do not recommend
I used both the shampoo and conditioner, and the shampoo made my hair fall out, when I stopped using it and consulted a dermatologist but still cannot figure out why when this had never happened before nor since, fallout stopped after I switch shampoos and threw out the shampoo but decided based on the cost to still use the condition on ends. I like the smell, but even the conditioner does not work for me. Hair feels broken and dry.

Hair Loss Reviews Are True
MASSIVE hair loss. I wish I realized this before it was too late. After using this for two weeks I noticed my hair felt a lot thinner and the ends are fried. I will be returning. There's also currently a lawsuit against Olaplex for this.

I love this conditioner. It's really hydrating and when I leave it in for awhile, I can feel it repairing my hair. It's an amazing formula.

A Great Hydrator for everyone.
I’ve been a hairstylist for over 40 years and have used so many hair products on myself and clients always looking for the best to use and recommend. I also have fine, curly, unruly, frizzy, color treated hair with dry ends no matter what I use. Quite frustrating, and I was excited when I was sent Olaplex No. 5 Leave-in Conditioner as part of a promotion in return for an honest review. I’m brutally honest and and have no problem leaving a poor review if the product is inferior to others on the market. I’ve used K-18 so was curious how it would compare. This Olaplex product can be used on any type of hair promising to moisturize and seal split ends while mending from cortex to cuticle. Additionally protecting from thermal hair tools. I have mid length fine hair so one pump was enough for me. The leave in conditioner is white in color, has a light pleasant scent, is medium to light in consistency, and spread nicely throughout my hair after shampooing and using a prior conditioner. Since I have curly hair I typically use a leave in conditioner, curl cream, defining gel or medium weight foam, and oil combination on wet hair to keep my hair from being totally wild. I used the No. 5 Leave in with Olaplex No. 10 Bond Shaper Curl Defying Gel and was quite pleased. I omitted two products and my hair looked hydrated and the curls were soft, defined, and not frizzy. So far I’m very impressed with Olaplex No.. 5 Leave-in and am going to continue to use this product. I do like K-18, but if I had to choose between the two I prefer Olaplex No.5 Leave-in. It’s a winner in my mind and can’t wait to use it on my clients!

A must-have in our house!
I’ve always loved Olaplex, but I’ve found a new found love for the conditioner! I have an autistic daughter who absolutely can not stand getting her hair brushed do to sensory issues. I have tried a million sprays, leave in conditioners etc. I figured it I’ll try Olaplex & it has helped so much with the tangles & the all over management of her hair!! Plus making her hair so healthy! So happy to have a product to help with our hair struggles!
