Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She loves the scent. It's a very rich body cream, great for keeping skin hydrated.

Disappointment, wish I could return.

After using this for a while, I think I’ve safely determined this is what’s responsible for my body breakouts! At first I was sort of iffy about it, but I figured layering this with a more penetrating body lotion was the way to go and I’d just use this for the smell. BIG MISTAKE!! The smell is definitely pleasant, but it wears terribly. By the end of the day I can’t even tell I was wearing anything. Luckily, I received this as a gift so I didn’t pay for this out of pocket, but it’d be a major bummer if I did because what an awful waste of money! I’m thoroughly disappointed with this, and not to mention this broke me out!! I was using it semi-regularly and then out of nowhere woke up with deep pimples along my shoulders and back. So not only does this leave a greasy, sticky feeling and doesn’t last, but it doesn’t even protect my skin and shield me from bacteria. Hard pass

This body butter is wonderful. Moisturizes great and the scent is amazing. Have already ordered more.

Hard Pass!

I got a sample of this and was excited to try it. Cold Canadian winters require extra moisturizing body butters. Sadly, I hate the scent! It gave me a headache. Disappointing.

Winter must have

This reminds me of SDJ original bumbum cream. This is their thickest body cream formula and I love it. The smells last for so long! Good for winter time. I’ll repurchase!!!

AMAZING

I tend to have very dry skin, and this is a miracle worker! The scent is amazing and lasts all day, while the body butter has a thick texture that deeply moisturizes my skin. This is A NEED

Thick emollient body butter

I prefer this texture the most out of all the sdj body butters, so thick and luxurious. The scent is lovely but I recall smelling it as a tester at the store and it smelled so off like cream cheese. I’m hoping that doesn’t happen over time with my own cream and it was just due to people spraying stuff in it or using unclean hands.

So moisturizing 

I’ve always loved sol de Janeiro but I had never tried their creams and I don’t know why I never did ! It feels so good on the skin
