I've been using this product for a few weeks now, and I've noticed that my skin tone has been evening out some and it's helping brighten my complexion! I wouldn't say it's been anything spectacular, nor do I feel that it's helped with my skin texture, but it's shown some results! I would at least recommend others to try it because I'm sure this would work wonderfully for some people. I think I would try this with another moisturizer than the one I'm using now (which is another new product I'm trying), because I'm curious to see if with a more tried-and-true moisturizer, it would yield better results for me. But I'd definitely give this product a shot!

On my second bottle. Will be included in my routine from here on out. Make my forehead lines very smooth and help achieve a healthy glow/ shine in my skin.

I can’t go without it!

Whenever I don’t use this, I notice the difference! It’s the perfect blend of a strong exfoliator but not too much that it really burns and stings. Kiehl’s kills it like always!

A must have skin product!

After using this product for a few weeks my skin had been so soft literally erasing so much texture. I do highly recommend using a moisturizer right after due to it being a little drying but outside of that this product is it!

Skeptical for sensitive skin…initially

I was pleasantly surprised by this product! It’s Kiehl’s so there is a certain standard, but once I moved this product away from my super sensitive face to other textured parts of my body (back, shoulders), I really enjoyed it. I don’t typically typically reach for acidic

A Worthwhile Investment

I’ve been using this product for about a month and man oh man. I’m in love. It does what it’s supposed to and more. It does take a bit of adjusting and figuring out which products work well in addition to this one, but once you figure it out it is well worth it. I have eczema, large pores and horrible under eye bags but within about 3 weeks I noticed a significant change in my skin. As long as I use the product every night, my eczema is long gone, my pores have shrunk and I notice my under eye bags are so much lighter. I’ve cut my routine down by two steps because this glycolic acid actually does the work that most products only claim. I cannot say enough about how much I love Kiehl’s Glycolic Acid. It is an investment but one worth your while. After a month of use, I still have 85% of the bottle to go so it will definitely go the distance for you whenever and wherever you may need it.

I really like that this formula has glycolic acid because it’s been helping with evening my skin, i used to have some small spider veins on my face that I feel like are diminishing because of it. I also love how it feels on my skin because it leaves me feeling super moisturized and smooth. I feel like i started noticing some changes to my skin within the first week ! i love this product

The Kiehl's Ultra Pure High-Potency 9.8% Glycolic Acid Serum is a must-have! I live in an area with extremely dry heat, and my skin has always had texture no matter how much water I drink or cream I use. This product in the span of three weeks has transformed my skin in ways that no other product has. I cannot recommend this enough. I am on my second bottle!!

Newest addition to my routine!

This serum is very soft and applies smooth. It doesn’t feel greasy or leave a residue on the skin. After using this product for several days, I have noticed my facial texture has definitely started to smooth in some areas. My face also stays soft all day. Love it!
