Very difficult to remove

Eye makeup was more difficult than the one generally use to remove. So much so that I returned it. Makeup forever is still my favorite even though they changed the formula.

Very gentle on the eyes. I use waterproof mascara and black liquid eyeliner and the Estée Lauder makeup remover took it all off very gently. I highly recommend. Didn’t leave my eye oily or irritated.

This is my favorite eye make up remover I’ve ever used - it’s gentle and effective. Disclaimer- I do not use waterproof mascara. I do use waterproof eyeliner and it works great taking it off.

It takes a lot of product to remove the smallest amount of mascara.

No more tugging at my delicate skin.

Makeup comes off with ease. I use Mac liquid eyeliner and nothing gets it off, but this worked perfectly. Got it from dillards with their free special purchases. Glad I did. I didn't know how much I needed it.

It's one of the few eye makeup removers that consistently works for me. However, sometimes it stings if I apply too much on my cotton ball ....or something. It has happened enough times that I have purchased a makeup remover balm, that I currently prefer. I do have sensitive skin/ eyes.

It doesn’t work well plus it makes my eyes itch, For the price better buy neutragena eye makeup removal which I think is a much better product

I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER BUY A DIFFERENT MAKE UP REMOVER. I will always pay the price for this item because it’s so worth it. Only eye make up remover that isn’t greasy and it’s so gentle and gets the job DONE! MUST HAVE.

Great for Natural Look Remover

This works great for simple, light, natural makeup. But if you're a heavy mascara or full glam girl like me, you will find you'll need a lot of this to remove everything just off your eyes. I feel I have to do a lot of rubbing to remove anything with this with my full face looks. It leaves you feeling dry after but nothing moisturizercant fix. I have tried many drug store makeup removers better then this but it's not the worst I've tried. I would recommend this to anyone on the more natural side
