English Pear & Freesia - Scent Diffuser

In January of this year I bought this fragrance and I loved it, my house smelled everywhere. so I bought the new lavender fragrance trutemwbte I lost my money it doesn't smell like anything only if you touch it! I bought this fragrance again with the hope that it would be like the first one and to my surprise and disappointment IT DOESN'T SMELL LIKE ANYTHING ONLY if I get close to it... it's too much money to throw it away like this

Disappointed

I bought two of these in on the stores in St Pancras as I moved to a new flat and really wanted to put lots of Jo Malone's product and this is my favourite scent but super disappointed as I cant smell them. I even bought the limited edition with the candle. You can only smell them from the tip of the reeds if you smell them closely. Also, I notice after few weeks the fluid in the bottle turned brown and its really not pleasant to look at. Really so disappointed.

A terrible surprise

I bought this fragrance for me and another one for my BFF, and wow, I'm very disappointed! I worked at Jo Malone (Estée Lauder) in Brazil so this brand is one of my favourites, I moved to Australia last year and finally, I realize my dream was to have this diffuser in my home, but to my surprise, this doesn't work! I can't feel any fragrance in my small living room :( you only smell it when you are on top of it. it's so expensive for nothing. also, I gave it to my friend on your birthday, I always said how incredible and sophisticated Jo Malone was, but now I feel shame to talk about this product and the quality of this product.

Disappointing

I wanted to have a scent that would fill the room. I was really disappointed that the candle did not do this.

LOVE LOVE!

I absolutely love this scent and its strength. I use it in a full-sized bathroom with two sinks and a separate water closet. It came with 10 sticks and I removed 4 of them because I felt like the scent was too strong with 10. It has been perfect and perhaps this one is best for smaller sized rooms based on other reviews. But my problem has been that diffusers have been too strong for this bathroom and so this is just perfect.

Sadly disappointed

This is the most expensive Reed diffuser I have ever bought and I'm sadly disappointed. After being open for approx 1 month the liquid has discoloured and the fragrance is not strong enough to fill the room, you only smell it when you are on top of it. For the price I definitely wouldn't be inclined to buy another and after reading other reviews people are saying the same thing

Just not worth the money - too weak

I put two of these diffusers in my room and I can honestly not smell them. Im disappointed because I first smelt them in a friend's bedroom and she claimed it was over 4 months old and it permeated her bedroom and landing - such a nice smell - but my first one didn't do the job so I bought a second one and they still did not really perfume the room as I had experienced at my friends - and nobody new to the house commented on the smell either. Lastly the fluid in the bottle turned very brown and unsightly to look at - presumably the dye from the black reeds? So disappointed.

Disappointed

I was so excited that I decided to buy two of the scenes Pear & Freesia and Silk Blossom. Unfortunately my excitement turned very quickly to disappointment. Both scents are nice but not strong enough to my liking.

Better than what I expected

Works great in my big bedroom. You smell it right when you enter and it's not too strong, instead it gives you a cool and calm feeling.

Not worth the price

Very weak scent. I needed to put my nose a couple inches away from the bottleneck to smell it, and I barely smelled the scent despite using all the 10 reeds after the fragrance had fully diffused for weeks. The quality of this product needs to be reevaluated.

Smell doesn't last

The fragrance is beautiful much like the perfume but the smell from the diffuser doesn't last long even with a whole bottle of oil! I even placed it in a small bathroom and it makes no difference you need to go up close to smell anything. I have another in the other bathroom which is quarter the price and you can smell it as soon as you wall into the room. very disappointing when paying such a high price - not worth the money.

Another disappointment

This is the second diffuser I have purchased from JM. I am a loyal customer who uses multiple product throughout the year. Quality is diminishing quickly on the home products . My last diffuser was a dud and this i hate to say is the same -don't waste your money. I have tried to contact customer service and have yet to hear back , again disappointed-
