Chroma Absolu Hydrating Protective Shampoo

Good concept

I really enjoy the formula and concept of the product. I just can't get past the strong scent of laundry fabric softener. It left me hair feeling clean but not dried out.

I will buy again!

Love this Shampoo for my colored hair. It’s feeling really healthy and so soft with volume.

Nourishing and safe for colored hair

After using this shampoo for a couple of weeks I have to say it seems to really help keep my color longer. I shampoo 2-3 times per week. The scent is slightly too perfumey for me. It's a good scent, but my hair doesn't smell as strong after drying so it is not a deal breaker for me. Overall I feel this shampoo does not dry my hair out, it feels moisturized, and my color does seem to not wash out as quickly. I would give it a try if you have drier, color-treated hair.

Great on color treated hair

Such a great product leaves my hair feeling amazing after wash . The one thing I can't get over after using it for weeks is the smell but once your hair drys you won't even notice it .

horrible for natural curls

I had so much hope for this shampoo. It lathers really well and my hair felt clean after rinsing it out. I followed it up with the conditioner from this line. I used my usual styling products and let my hair air dry like usual. This dried out my hair and the result was horrible. My normally bouncy, shiny 3a curls were now dry, frizzy, and the top half of my curls lacked any definition. This also has a strong scent that doesn't fade away so beware.

I love the scent!

The scent of this shampoo is so invigorating! It's so uplifting and energizing, I just love to shower in the mornings now! This shampoo suds up nicely, cleaning every fiber of my hair to perfection. This leaves my hair so silky smooth, my color is vibrant and my hair is so shiny! I enjoy using this along with the Chroma Absolu Conditioning System as well. These two work incredibly together and I would highly recommend giving this a try!

Mothballs

This smelled so bad I had to rinse it out before i even lathered my whole head, it smelled like mothballs. Hopefully I got a bad batch. I received this product in exchange for a review. #freebie # bzzagent

A must have!

Love this shampoo! It’s sulfate free, but still gets suds. It helps dampen my frizz and works great on my color treated hair. I love how soft and shiny it feels. This is a must have for me now!

A Must Have For Color Treated Hair

This shampoo is to DIE for! This is when things like ‘luxury’ matter. My hair has never felt better. You don’t have to use much even if you have A LOt of hair like i do, a little goes a long way. It smells amazing and doesn’t strip the color out of my hair which is super important. I couldn’t recommend this product enough !

Love the shampoo- not the packaging!

This shampoo is great. I have medium thickness wavy color treated hair and this makes my hair shiny and soft. It also smells like a high-end perfume. I get SO many compliments on my hair scent! I usually do two shampoos to really get the product and oil out of my hair because I only shampoo 2X a week. My ONLY complaint is the packaging. The screw on lid is a thoughtless design. You unscrew- pour shampoo in your hand, then need two hands to screw the lid back on, so I always loose some shampoo in my hand while trying to put the lid back on. Overall, it's a great shampoo for color treated and heat damaged hair!

Works really well. My curls looks bouncy as ever, moisturized and the color looks the best is had in a really long time.
