Great blow dryer-recommending to all my girlfriends!

Sucks!

This blow dryer is 11months old, I use it maybe twice a week on short fine hair, welp today it burned out. Not happy, it does have a 24 month warranty so we shall see how this process goes- however how inconvenient for what I paid now I’m out a blow dryer.

Absolutely love it !!!

I was recommended to buy this hair dryer by my hair stylist and I thank her for it till date. I just love it my hair feels like it’s naturally dried.

Stopped Working

Loved it, but it broke with very little use. Not worth the investment. Find a better brand.

Broke twice in 2.5 years

I bought this hair dryer 2.5 years ago. Within 1 year it broke so they sent me a new one under the warranty, and now just 1.5 years later the replacement one also broke. Very disappointed in this product for the price you pay. Giving 2 stars because when it actually works it is great, but would not recommend at all.

Stalling buttercup

Barely used 4 months. Takes forever to dry even fine hair. Keeps almost quitting. Powers down, worthless, then returns to normal power. Ok dryer, but cant use

Good dryer but quality meh

It was awesome, till it suddenly stop working a couple years after I bought it. They don't fix it, so you have to buy a new one. My last dryer (non dry bar) last me 10+ years and I used it WAY more.

The best blow dryer I've ever owned!

I've had my Buttercup blow dryer for about 15 years now and just today the heating element quit. I've used blow dryers almost daily since the 70's. Usually they last only a few years. I've been very impressed with this one!

Suddenly stopped blowing hot air

I upgraded to this blow dryer from a drugstore brand. At first I did find it quite heavy in comparison, but I got used to it overtime. I tested both hair dryers side by side & the Buttercup is way more powerful when it came to blowing air. I only take off some stars because I used it for under 2 years and the heat already broke inside. It now only blows cold air. I'm not sure why, because I would check the filter and keep it clean routinely. I also have never dropped it and always carefully put it away after every use. I reached out to customer service & they were able to help me out. However I am hesitant even with a replacement that it could happen again or may not last long. My cheapie blow dryer lasted 10 years and still going!

Died Exactly a Year In

Purchased for my wife a year ago for Christmas. Died last week: she never traveled with it, and never left it plugged in. Considering how much it costs it’s very disappointing, and from other reviews this doesn’t seem to be the first time

Super smooth and shiny hair

Ok guys I bought this on Christmas holidays at my mom’s house because her blow dryer almost caught on fire it was so old when I used it. I have always wanted to try Dry Bar products and I am very impressed. My hair is left so smooth and shiny which is glorious for me because my skin and hair are so dry all the time. I would recommend for sure. My only wish is that the diffuser came with the product instead of having to buy it separately.
