Won’t hold curl

Having trouble getting any curl to hold. I think my curling iron is better.

I bought my Dyson a month ago very nice and smooth

Over heats and stops working!

I have been using less than a month and my styler has stopped working several times. It blinks a white light and then a red light, and then shuts down. I have cleaned the filter many times and reset the unit by holding the red button for 30 seconds before use. Not sure what’s going I but not happy! I live the way it styles my hair when it works! My family bought 3 for gifts this year, hope they aren’t all duds!

Beautiful to look at, but not suited to my hair

Disappointing. Really wanted it to work on my hair. Gorgeous design and had bought the rose gold version. No matter what I did, including using with different products in my hair, different dampness to my hair, this would give initial curl, but within 5-10 mins it dropped. My hair has natural curl and other curlers that are heated rod, not air heat, work brilliantly and keep the style for days! I also didn't like that the air got so hot that it hurt my scalp if held too close or for too long. Yes, I used the app, watched all the tutorials and followed all the instructions. The other issue was it just takes way too long in comparison to other stylers and then for it to drop 5 mins later, I could not justify keeping such an expensive product so returned it to the store of purchase. Sorry Dyson, I Love my super sonic hair dryer, upright vacuum and my new absolute fav, the mop, but this one didn't cut it for me.

Disappointing and overpriced

Not worth the price. It didn’t work for my hair—felt heavy, was loud, and the curls didn’t last more than 10 minutes. Returned it within a week.

J’ai acheter cette article début décembre est je ne suis pas réellement satisfaite je trouve que ça ne vaut pas du tout le prix c’est une vrai galère sur les cheveux texturé

Garbage!

Complete junk not happy at all! You need to train people who sell them and know nothing! The person sold me air wrap and my hair is short!

Disappointed with the product quality

Some attachments like the round brush does not hold and curl fine hair at all. Very disappointing considering the high costs of the air wrap. Even when I use the curling barrel the curl is gone in 10 mins

Amazing product, this has changed the way I do my hair everyday.

Game changer for home and away

I had one of these but every time we traveled, I was concerned about something happening to it. However, as I got fancied up in a jiffy at home to go out , my husband asked why I wasn’t easily and as beautifully styled when we traveled. And so, now we are owners of a second Dyson Airwrap! Need I say more??

Meh?

Literally results in the same dry/frizzy blow dry that I get from every other blow dryer. Sadly don't see the fuss.

Love my Dyson

I decided to buy me a new air wrap because my daughter keeps taking mine. Now, I love the one barrel and you just turn it for different directions, That’s amazing. The only thing I don’t like is there’s no inserts in the box for all the pieces. But other than that, I love all my Dyson products
